We started this studio to bridge that gap — to bring brand design, architectural vision, and operational fluency together under one roof. From small towns to big cities, we'll work side-by-side to bring your dream into reality.

Founded by Cory and Eva Cannon, we’re a creative studio with operational experience on both sides of the bar — from running restaurants to product design and building brands. Our work stretches from Dallas–Fort Worth to Longboat Key, Florida.
We started in technology, building wePresent into a global wireless presentation product distributed in over 55 countries. Then we built and operated Siren Rock Brewing Company from the ground up — a 13,000 square foot brewery and restaurant in Rockwall, Texas. We lived the late nights, the staffing crunches, the construction delays, and the quiet Tuesdays that make or break a concept.
Copper+Oak grew out of that experience. We saw how often design teams and operations teams worked in silos — and how much money, momentum, and sleep that cost operators. This studio exists so independent restaurateurs have one partner who understands the creative and the operational decisions needed to actually get the project from conception to reality.
