02 · Space + Design
You've signed the lease — or you're about to. The space is real now, and every decision about layout, materials, lighting, and flow will shape how your guests feel and how your team performs. This is where brand becomes physical.
A beautiful restaurant that doesn't work operationally is a beautiful failure. We design spaces where the sight lines serve the guest, the kitchen flow serves the staff, and every material choice connects back to who you are. Interior concept, furniture, fixtures, lighting — all built from the brand outward, not the other way around.

03 · Operations + Menu
The brand looks right. The space is taking shape. Now comes the part most designers skip entirely — the systems that determine whether this place makes money or bleeds it: menu engineering, staffing, vendors, workflow, the invisible architecture.
Restaurants don't fail because the food is bad. They fail because the margins are wrong, the kitchen is bottlenecked, the staffing model doesn't scale, and nobody built a system for Tuesday night when it's slow. We build the operational backbone — the part that keeps the lights on after the grand opening buzz fades.

04 · Launch + Opening
Everything has been leading here. The brand is built. The space is ready. The systems are in place. Now it's about execution — making sure opening night isn't a prayer, but a proof of concept.
We don't hand you a binder and wish you luck. We're on-site for soft openings, staff training, menu rehearsals, and the first real service. We watch how guests move through the space, how the kitchen handles volume, how the brand comes alive in real time. Then we adjust in the moment. Opening night is the beginning, not the end.
What this includes
Most studios disappear after the logo is delivered. Most consultants disappear after the spreadsheet is done. We stay because opening night is where the whole picture either comes together or falls apart — and we want to be in the room when it works.
